Me and my wife are looking to take this trip in early May, we have about 2 weeks.

We did a roadtrip a few months ago booking our hotels with hotwire, but this time we are hoping to camp, any suggestions on doing that? We are hoping to be able to make reservations the day of but seems to be harder to find and book campsites than hotels. (Mainly camping for the cost savings).

Also any big things to know before going to any of these places? Or big things to do around these areas?
