Help me decide for 1.5 month Europe trip

Hi guys, I'm 24 yo male Asian and am currently living in the US. I've decided to spend 1.5 months before my school starts in the fall. My passion is in meeting new people and enjoying nature. Initially, I wanted to go to Spain and spend for the whole trip to learn Spanish, which would be useful in the healthcare field and US in general. But the other side of me wants to explore the vast nature in Iceland and other northern Europe counties. After this trip, I'll be flying back to Korea to meet family and friends, then I'll go back home to start grad school. I've lived mostly in urban cities and I'm not looking for modern buildings. Also, I suck at history and am not really interested in museums and famous buildings. (But would still see couple during the daytime. I have solo travel experiences in US, but not in Europe.

Time frame: mid May- end of June; around 45 days

Expense: $100- $150 a day (max), excluding plane ticket. In total about $4500-6700

Concerns: safety, racism (because I'm Asian), communication

The Original Plan

Barcelona all the way

Simply just staying in Barcelona the whole time to learn Spanish, explore, relax, and enjoy the nightlife.

Pros: Cheapest, I get to know people and make friends for the whole trip. I can spend transit costs on better food. (I like to eat nice foods) Learn Spanish.

Cons: Not much nature. May not be enough time to learn a whole lot of Spanish, may get hot

Traveling Around Spain

1 week in Malaga - 1 week Murica - 1 week Valencia - 2 weeks Barcelona - 1 week in Palma May rent a car or just ride buses, depending on estimated budget.

Pros: Explore different cities in Spain, relax before going to Korea in Palma, learn Spanish, travel in a car, feels like I've explore one country thoroughly

Cons: expensive, less nature, may be hot when I travel, communication may be hard in rural areas

Northern Europe

1-2 weeks in Iceland - maybe faroe island - Norway then drive up all the way then down to Finland - maybe Budapest or Estonia

Pros: amazing natural scenes, weather would probably be nicer, explore more than 1 country, driving scenery, taste of different culture, may try extreme sports (hang gliding, paragliding, etc)

Cons: expensive, communication, driving may be tiring, transit time, feels like I'm the only one without a couple or family (lol), not much to do at night, wouldn't learn a language.

They all sound amazing to me, but I need some insights and advice on make the most out of my trip.
