Critique my mostly southeastern Europe itinerary

I'll get right to the point, I have between mid May and mid July free to go wherever I wish in Europe. I've decided to concentrate on southern/eastern Europe. This is a rough outline, please let me know if anything looks too rushed - I'm far more concerned about things being rushed and don't mind being in a city for a while, I don't get bored easily and like staying in one place for a bit. I work online so it's easier for me to settle in one place for a while and get some work done rather than hopping around a lot. Here's my idea so far:

MAY 11 - 14 : Bolzano or Castelrotto to see the Dolomites, do some hiking
MAY 14 : travel day to Lake Bled
15 - Lake Bled
MAY 16 : travel day to Ljubljana
16 - 21 - Ljubljana
MAY 21: travel day to Zagreb
21- 25 - Zagreb
MAY 25: travel day to Split
25 - 29: Split
MAY 29: travel to Sarajevo MAY 29 - JUNE 8: Sarajevo (thinking of staying here for a while because it's dirt cheap compared to the places I'll be going before this and the city comes highly recommended from friends. Thinking of using it as a mid trip break to slow down, relax, get a good chunk of work done before moving on.)
JUNE 8 : travel day to Dubrovnik
8-11: Dubrovnik
JUNE 11: travel day to Kotor, Montenegro
11-14: Kotor
JUNE 14: travel day to Bucharest
14-19: Bucharest
JUNE 19: travel day to Varna, Bulgaria
19-22: Varna
JUNE 22: travel day to Plovdiv
22-26: Plovdiv JUNE 26: travel day to Sofia
26-JULY 1: Sofia

Again, I'm not really concerned about taking things too slow, more concerned about taking things too fast. My schedule is very flexible so I'm more than willing to add days/places here and there and remove others elsewhere. Also if there's destinations too far apart to do in one day I'm all ears. And of course any travel tips/recommendations are more than welcome. For context I'm 24F, USA, I enjoy beautiful architecture and scenery most when traveling. Not so much looking to party, more into cozy bookstores and cafes. I also love going on day trips out of base cities to national parks, small towns off the beaten path, etc. TIA!
