3 Week Guatemala and Belize Itinerary Review!
Hello everyone. Long time lurker and Intermediate level solo traveler here looking for an itinerary review for Guatemala and Belize.
Facts
-
This trip will be a total of 3 weeks with 2 weeks being in Guatemala and 1 week in Belize. Flight originates in Guatemala City and flies out of Belize City.
-
I know enough Spanish to buy things, get my point across and have low level communication with locals.
-
I just got Open Water PADI certified so plan to mainly dive and "chill" in Caye Caulker and Ambergis while in Belize.
-
I love "off the beaten path" cultural exchanges with locals, outdoor hiking and general outdoor activity and also the occasional night of partying.
-
32 yo male, 15 countries traveled solo, starting to prefer quieter hostels.
