What is the silliest thing you’ve done to save money while traveling?
I’m currently staring at about 100 USD worth of food that my sister and I brought in our packs to Norway, because neither of us are particularly food-oriented and the Arctic is expensive as balls. It was really, really silly but similar foods in the local supermarket seem to be going for three times as much and we brought enough to do two meals in, one meal out/day, making it a budget win!
What’s the silliest thing you’ve done in order to save a few dollars/pounds/euros/whatever your currency while you’re on the road?
