What are some basic things you've learned over many years of solo travel that you'd like to pass on to beginners?
I'm starting to realize I'm creating a lot of anxiety and stress around traveling for dumb reasons. I've only done two trips as a solo traveler so far: Arizona and Colombia. I'm soon going to California in late April and then Utah/Wyoming/Montana in mid May.
I know a lot of people have been doing this years and years, I'm just wanting to learn a few basic tips that will help me know what are things I should plan ahead on and what are things I should just wing.
Thanks.
