Planning first solo trip for March. Where should I go?

I was interested in Europe (Amsterdam, Poland) but now I’m scared it might be too cold in March. What do you guys think?

Me: 18 y/o girl from SF. Never traveled alone before

Length: about 3 weeks

Budget: 2-3k including tickets - hoping to keep it inexpensive

Interests: Drinking (I’ve never been to a bar), music (classical, folk), quirky and unconventional things, learning about different cultures, pretty scenery, nice places to hike/run/aimlessly walk around. Not a fan of overcrowded touristy landmarks

Safety/transportation: I'm a poor navigator so it's important that wherever I go is safe and somewhat easy to travel between locations

Already been to: Stockholm, Berlin, London
