Hey travel pals,

I just scored a £25 return from London to Nuremberg, happy days.

I’ve got three full days in Germany, so I’m thinking spending one in Nuremberg, and then doing day trips to maybe Bamberg and Würzburg? Main requirements are: beautiful town/city, a good food scene (preferably local!) and to not be too overwhelming for a day trip, which rules out Munich and anywhere too far south. Around an hour’s travel time would be my limit as I’m not into rushing. History is also cool, but I imagine Nuremberg will fulfil that requirement.

I’ve been to Germany a few times, and actually have been taking German lessons this year, so would love to get some practise in!
