Traveling to mexico city alone needing advice.
In a months time I will be planning on bording a plane to Mexico city. I will be meeting my boyfriend and his family there but the thing is, is that Im 18 going on 19 this year and that I've never traveled alone let alone internationally. I live in the states and to be honest I am afraid but I realize my desire to go is overriding my fear of the unknown. Id love as much advice as I can get. I plan on taking a carry on only since I wont be there for more than 2 weeks and Im still looking for the best ticket with in my budget. If someone could walk me through how customs/security may go I'd appreciate it or what are some questions they may ask. Any infortmation at all about navigating airports would help me a lot. Thank you!
TL;DR Im traveling alone for the first time to Mexico city in a months time to meet my boyfriend and his family. Any advice, tips or tricks would be helpful!
