My 2018 years resolution is to take the whole year to plan a 2019 trip from California to The Galapagos Island with less than $100 bucks.
So, i found myself tired of everything in my life. Tired of the city, tired of my family (im a single guy without kids) Tired of my Job, tired of the girls of my town, tired of my fake friends. Tired even of my Mother and My father and my grandfather and my Grandmother.
So i felt the urge of just dissappear, just say bye bye to everything. and go to the most exotic and most unknown and most far away island i can find on the map. And i checked a few dozen island in the pacific ocean and decided to go to The Galapagos island and stay there and live in there and spend the rest of my days in there and make a family there and die there.
But i don't have the money or the desire of just flying to that island. I want to get there as the final point of an adventure, as the finish line of a journey. Thats why im planning to go from Orange County to mexico by hitchhiking, i will cross the border and set up a camp in Tijuana. Then i will cross Mexico to Panama, from Panama to Colombia, and from Colombia to Ecuador. In the Equatorian coast i will ask for a boat-lift to the island. and finally i will rent a house there, maybe start a small bussiness, i will learn the lenguage in the process and hopefully i won't hear from my Family and friends again, in a long long time.
