Hey guys

I'm currently at the beginning of my South America solo trip. I'm currently in Recife in Brazil, and going to natal/pipa tomorrow for a bit.

Originally I was going to be in salvador around this time - but I met some awesome people here so I stayed longer. I'm really considering coming back here and experiencing olinda carnival.

But is it worth going to as a solo traveller? I know I will meet people in the hostel etc - but I often prefer to do things by myself.

However it seems alot safer to go with a group of people
