27M from Canada. The extent of my travelling has been around the country with family, a booze induced week at a Cuban resort with friends and a 3 week Contiki trip in Europe that I went on not knowing anyone.

I'd like to go somewhere again and can do a trip from as short as 1 week upto 3 weeks. Where is an easy place for me to start and go first? I've never stayed at a hostel. Only speak English. No real clue what I'm doing. I've considered doing another group tour cause I made amazing friends but I'm wondering if I'm best off figuring it out myself
