Where to go with buddy pass that expires at the end of the year?
I have recently found out that my mom has 16 one way stand by flights that she gets yearly. I am currently a sophomore in college and can only use them while in college. I am asking where to go over winter break (10 days) with these flights. I will be flying standby with American Airlines out of Chicago, which gives me plenty of opportunities. I have to travel alone too, because they only work for our family. I am considering; skiing, hiking (mountains and sun preferred) or just getting some sun and escaping the Midwest. I am open to essentially anything and am asking for recommendations/advice on. I would like to try and keep the cost under $500 as well. I wouldn't mind staying in a hostel or sleeping in my hammock (eno). Thank you
