Trouble with Expedia. Maybe somebody knows something?
Hello guys. Here is my story. Back in August I got through Expedia my flight to go to Japan on January 1 and to return on January 12. I decided to change my date of going back, so I decided to fly from Seoul to Puerto Rico (where I live) to January 21. All was good and well, Expedia made the change. Then I got a call back that the change did not take place, so they "fixed" it. I was going to print my flight schedule two nights ago and I see that my flights had been "cancelled". I never got an email notifying me of this, so I called Expedia and they left me on hold for 2 hours. Called again, on hold for 3 hours. Went to sleep with Expedia promising to send me an email with a solution. I never got a solution. Today they have had me on the phone for hours with jack shit to show for it. What can I do to solve this? Can someone please tell me that there is a solution? I'm freaking out and my trip is in 14 days.
