I will be traveling from California to Seattle January 4th-7th. This will be my first time in Seattle and also my first time traveling alone. I’m staying between downtown and Capitol Hill on pike and Bellevue.

Any tips for activities? I like to be outdoors and I also would like to drink a fair amount alongside eating tasty treats. Also , should I expect the weather to be severe this time of year? I was reading a forecast saying I should expect snow and rain.

I will not be renting a car and plan to use public transportation for most of my travel, while also using Uber here and there.

I would be open to touring the city with a nice local or meeting up to have coffee!
