Solo Europe Travels for Summer '18
I am a junior International Studies major in college. I will be interning abroad in Paris this summer (for 8wks). I have two weeks at the end to travel (so beginning of August). I would like to plan 3 other cities to visit during my 10wks in Europe. I am interested in visiting Switzerland (would really like to see Swiss Alps). I was also looking into Greece, Lisbon, Budapest, and Dublin. I have done some research into hostels into these cities, but I would like to get some suggestions from people who have already solo traveled in the region. If anyone has been to Europe, and can give me any advice that'd be great. Are there other countries/cities, hostels, modes of transportation you would suggest? What cities are good for solo travelers, are there cities that are particularly safe for a solo female traveler? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
