Hey All, I'm traveling about in SE Asia in January (I've been there a couple times solo, so not new) and I wanted some opinions. I'm flying out of Malaysia back home, but I have a friend in Singapore who offered to show me around and take me to his local spots. Ill be flying back from Bangkok and have A) 4 days in Malaysia or B) Singapore if I choose to book a cheap RT flight and then return to Malaysia. I'm kind of indifferent to either option, any opinions on one or the other?

TLDR: Have 4 days in Malaysia to explore a bit/see local spots or join a friend in Singapore and explore local spots

Edit: I've never been to either!
