halfway across country in limo recap
I picked up 2004 linclon towncar limo in san jose CA had 153k miles on it. at noon drove to bakerfield and then spent the night in barstow, CA about 11pm got 5 hours of sleep. woke up at 4 am and left barstow CA headed across AZ and NM then up hwy 54 in to kansas. stopped in Meade, KS at 2am and slept for another 5 hours. Left meade, KS about 7 am and drove all the way back to Des moines, IA. arrived home about 5pm.
left San Jose on dec 1 at noon arrived in Des moines on Dec 3 at 5pm did 10 hours of sleep.
leg 1 San Jose, CA to Barstow, CA 372 miles with a dinner stop in Bakersfield, CA 12pm to 11pm
leg 2 Barstow, CA to Meade, KS 1094 miles 4am to 2 am
leg 3 Meade, KA to Des moines, IA 560 miles 7am to 5pm
Limo did great. other than cruise control didn't work. For a unkown vehicle that was just purchased sight unseen it did great for the entire drive back. listened to spotify podcast on the entire drive. I was so glad that I downloaded to phone what I was going to listen to when I had signal so when signal sucked spotify wasn't interupted.
