D.C.—> Denver by van(?)
Taking a month-long road trip with two friends in May once we’re out of classes for the summer. We’re going from DC to Denver via West Viriginia etc. and then returning via the southern-most part of the country, with many stops along the way. I’m trying to get an idea of how much I’ll end up spending on camping/hostels along the way. Anyone done a similar route in roughly the same amount of time with a cost estimate?
Also, I’m having trouble finding a method of transportation. My parents won’t let me use one of our cars and I don’t have enough money to buy a van, which I’d like to eventually, at the moment. I’m worried about driving a rental car cross-country. Thanks for any help!:)
