The more I look into it the more it becomes a bit of a rabbit hole. I plan on going to Thailand, laos Cambodia and Vietnam. I'm not planning on spending long periods in rural areas but I would hate to get out there and not be able to do something for fear of getting ill.

I'm thinking about rabies/Jap enc. Is it worth the £350 price tag for the peace of mind? What do you guys think.

I'm a UK national with all the shots already for life in Britain.
