Hi! So I’ve solo travelled to China and Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and I have been to Rome before, however this July 2018 my family and I are spending a week in a villa in Tuscany (Cortona). The week prior to meeting up with my family I’ll be solo. My plan is to fly into Milan at the very end of June. I’m planning on taking the train from Milan to Venice and then downtown Florence, but I’ve yet to really scout the train schedule. In any event, I’m looking for recommendations about other cities/towns to see during my week and any recs on places to stay, etc. Thank you in advance! And traveling mercies to all.
