Two weeks to travel in late February, where are some good beach or party destinations?

Hi all,

Ive got a few weeks off in late Feb/March (Feb 16th - March 5th) and would really like to go do some solo travel. After some advice, so here are some bullet points

  • 21, Male
  • Enjoy the party scene (I know this is probably not very liked here, but still seems like the best place to ask)
  • Like beaches
  • Live in New Zealand, and want to go somewhere reasonably priced

Ive been to Australia, Thailand, Indonesia and USA. My favourite places were Patong and Gili Trawangan to give an idea of what I enjoy. I did both trips with other people though, first time going solo.

Im unsure where would be good to visit in February. Currently i'm considering going back to Thailand as I did not do any of the islands (Koh Phi Phi, Koh Phangan etc), or maybe Los Angeles, but unsure on weather that time of year. Another thought is Dubai, as I really like the "futuristic" look

Any suggestions? Thanks!
