Taking on my first solo trip in May!!!
I found cheap tickets flying into Berlin for May.. 16. I am BEYOND excited and nervous. I plan on spending half the time in Germany and the other half in Poland. There were a couple of other times I wanted to buy tickets but I kept pussying out out of irrational money fear and somewhat solo traveling fear but life is too short. I'm great at saving money and I deserve this trip for working so hard to get my degree (I graduate in May too). So what if I'm not going to have X amount of money in my bank account? Traveling is worth it. SO HERE WE GO I JUST DID IT.
I just really wanted to share my excitement with you guys. I always wanted to see Auschwitz ever since I learned about it in school. I hear Zakopane is great too. I enjoy history and simply exploring other places. Hoping to find other things to do that are unique to Germany and Poland.
If anyone has any solo traveling experiences in Germany and Poland, please share :)
