Staying in shape while traveling for extended amounts of time
What are some of your pro tips to staying in shape while traveling long term? Obviously running is an option, but I am very curious to hear how people have maintained muscle while on the road.
Anyone have any experience with traveling with resistance bands as their weights on the go?
