Need some Cali Help. San Diego vs La vs Santa cruz. not a roadtrip
Heyo. Cheap flights to San Diego and La (sub 300). I'm from canada going for my Bday alone (leaving the GF behind). late nov to early dec bout 6days maybe 7
I'm a social person who's not afraid to pound back a 12 pack but also a hobbyist photographer and hiker. Gunna prefer to stay in a hostel this trip for the social bit. Not opposed to renting a car. Also- I'm going on an all out guys trip to thailand in march thats just gunna be a shit show. 27 M ( Here's my thought-
San diego. good food, beer, surfing (so so in dec), the zoo...bout it?
LA- Im at a loss its a montrous city thats difficult to travel between burrough but i mean- its LA how can you go to cali and not stay in LA.
Santa Cruz- Would have to fly into San Jose ($100 bucks extra RT) Thought about living here- cool boardwalk, college town, great surfing close to monterrey aquarium. probably would have to rent a car $$. Big Sur nuff' said.
Joshua tree park and death valley would be great to see!
Where should I go? can't do all 3 can't likely do LA and SD (maybe?)
