Just wanted to say thanks to /r/solotravel.
I just got home from Ireland. I wish I had allotted more time, but my work schedule/budget only allowed for so much. Thanks to the tips I got from here, I had an absolute blast. It was almost a perfect mix between sight seeing and getting to know the locals. I split my time between Dublin and Galway and got to see the Cliffs of Moher and New Grange as well as a few other smaller towns in between. Anyway, thanks again. My first real solo trip and despite a couple minor hiccups, it was one of the best experiences of my life!
