First Time Solo Traveller. Am I trying to do too much?

Hey guys. To cut straight to the point I've got 3 weeks to travel through thailand and malaysia and wanted to try and see all these places (in order).

Kuala Lumpur

Cameron Highlands

Penang

Langkawi

Koh Lipe

Koh Lanta

Krabi/Railay -> Fly to bangkok to meet my girlfriend.

I'd actually consider skipping Ko Lipe & Langkawi, they both seem kinda touristy and unappealing, but they're a good place to cross the border I've read. I could also fly directly to Penang and skip Kuala Lumpur and Cameron Highlands. I need to finish up in bangkok, so ending somewhere with a direct flight would help. Could possibly fly from Penang.

I've done my research and there is a heap of info about things to do, just not sure if I'm trying to fit too much in, and how best to cut it back if I am.
