Bought my ticket to Munich. 3-week trip. Now what?
I did it, after talking about actually taking a trip for what feels like years, I finally just stopped worrying about it not being the right time, etc. etc. and bought a ticket! Here's what I've got so far...
-I will be flying into Munich on January 9 in the morning and staying in Europe for about three weeks. My final destination is still unknown.
-I have several groups of friends that I plan one visiting while I'm there, all in a relatively close area in the Alps. One is a bit south of Munich, the other is in Austria and the last is in Switzerland. I plan to try to visit them in that order.
-I think I'll spend about two weeks or so going through those groups, after that maybe head to Netherlands? Not for sure. I possibly will attend a Wim Hof workshop there on Jan. 26th.
-I am a 22 year old male if that changes anything. I am into photography and film-making. I'll probably do my best to vlog parts of the trip if I can.
-This isn't my first time solo traveling, but it is my first time to Europe and my first time taking on a MUCH longer trip that will consist of multiple locations.
-As far as I know I'll be traveling from location to location via bus or train. Potentially plane for a bigger jump.
-I will only be taking what I can fit in a travel backpack plus whatever I'm wearing.
I am starting to plan as well I can to allow the trip to flow smoothly while also allowing for spontaneity! Basically what I'm asking of you guys is ANY tips or feedback you might have based on the information I've provided. Are there big things that I am overlooking? Do you have any ideas on locations to visit? Things to do? People to meet?
I'm open to anything and am looking forward to this discussion!
