I've been trying to research but the info on the trail seems a little conflicted and muddled.

I really want to do this trek solo around this time next year, as I heard the weather is best. Will it be very crowded though?

I hear theres quite a few different routes you can take, and some are easier than others. I'm looking for something that can be completed in about a week and has guesthouses along the way so I don't have to load myself up with camping gear.

I hear most people start in Osaka and then take a train to the trailhead, but where do most travelers go after completing the trek?

Any information you have about this would be extremely helpful!
