Forgot to surrender I-94W form
The case: we did a day trip from Toronto to the USA. We received an gree I-94W form. We also had an ESTA so iT went in quite smooth. We returned the same day to Toronto withouten surrendering the form.
A couple days later we left Canada to New York by air. The border guards didn’t say anything about the green form in our passports. After a couple of days we left NY by air to our home country.
If I read the website there is no problem because leaving the country is registered. Also I entered the USA another time a couple of days later. Do I need to do something or will it be registered as it should be?
