Can Rajasthan be at all relaxing?
I'm planning a trip next February for about 16 days and my number one choice is Rajasthan and the Golden Triangle in Northern India. I've wanted to visit this area for so long now and it seems like it's finally the time.
The only thing I am worried about is the ability to find somewhere relaxing in this area, at least just for a couple of days. Part of me wants to just take a few days at the beach since it's a vacation and I want to relax as well as experience the country. I am aware that India as a whole is not going to be relaxing, but do you think there is anywhere at all in this region that might be a little less hectic? I have considered flying to Goa for a few days too but I don't have too much time to spare.
What are your thoughts?
