Quebec Road Trip
I'm looking for some recommendations on an itinerary I'm putting together for a last minute trip that me and my SO are going to take next week (areas / places to stay, places to eat, must-do things). We have to go to Ottawa for a wedding, and decided (last minute after arranging with work) to tack on a trip through Quebec to see some fall colours, eat great food, and experience some Quebecois culture before returning to TO. Here's the loose plan --
- Saturday - Drive to Ottawa for Wedding
- Sunday - Ottawa / Gatineau for MosaiCanada
- Monday Tuesday Wednesday - Quebec City
- Thursday - Tremblant (isolated AirBNB)
- Friday - Coaticook - Foresta Lumina
- Saturday, Sunday - Montreal
- Monday - Drive back to Toronto
Does this sound like we're trying to cram too much in? What are your thoughts on two days each for Montreal and Quebec City? I'm considering dropping Tremblant, and adding another day to either of the big cities. Foresta Lumina seems like a lot of fun, but I'm not sure where to stay, and I'm not entirely convinced it's worth sacrificing another day in Montreal or QC. Would staying in Sherbrooke be a good option for Foresta Lumina? Thanks for any suggestions!
