Planning a two month trip to Europe next Summer and am looking for less than obvious destinations.

This will be my 5th time to Europe, and I've already been to the following: London, Frankfurt, Berlin x2, Munich x2, Florence, Rome, Lisbon, Budapest.

This is my tentative list of locations / things I want to do: Back to Lisbon for a few days (specifically Gota d'agua surf hostel outside the city), Seville Spain, either Barcelona or Madrid, one location in France, London (maybe), Amsterdam, Stockholm (maybe), Copenhagen, Hamburg, Cologne (maybe), Zurich (or another swiss city), Croatia (thinking of doing a sailing trip there), and Greece.

I know this is already a lot but other than going to these major cities I know there must be some other less traveled locations that would be amazing to visit as well so I'm looking for any suggestions.

Any advice is appreciated.
