Munich or Innsbruck for a Romantic Winter Wonderland getaway?
Me and my girlfriend want to travel in December to a lovely, snowy, christmassy getaway heaven for a weekend, and we're torn between Innsbruck and Munich. We already have the dates set as time we can get off, so can't be flexible on them, but we just can't decide between these two! Does anyone have experience of either at Christmas?
Both cost the same (Give or take £20), so that doesn't really come into it.
We're worried Munich might be a bit too much of a tourist trap, but that Innsbruck might be a bit too small (We don't so Winter Sports so will only be visiting the actual city). Both look amazing, but we just want to know which one people who have visited would recommend. Thanks!
