Is this the best route for me to take from NYC to washington DC and then to virginia?

Hi. So I want to go to Reston Virginia, as cheaply as possible, I can take a megabus from NYC to Washington DC Union Station, then I need to take an uber or something that will take me to the harrison at Reston Town Center. The megabus is only like 19 bucks if I leave tmw, but I have no idea how much the uber will be. Apparently its only a 37 minute car ride.

The bad thing is that on google maps, these 3 warnings come up:

This route has tolls.

This route has HOV only roads at certain times and days.

This route has restricted usage or private roads.

Also I've never taken an uber before. Is it as easy as a press of a button? Or is this not an optimal route from NYC? I think this is my least costly route. The megabus ride is only 19 bucks after all
