How much should I expect to spend before my planning my trip to Europe?

I'm thinking about going to Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium for 2018. This year it was held July 21-23 and July 28-30. I would probably try to go to the second weekend, but I'm not so picky either way. My plan is to travel to Amsterdam, Paris, and Brussels. I am open to other places to visit. I want to travel for about 2.5-3 weeks before I go to Boom for the festival. My total trip time should be 3-4 weeks long. I don't mind to stay in hostels. I'll probably be going with 1-2 friends.

I would like advice on the best places to visit in Europe. How much it would cost travelling there (flying, trains, etc). (I pretty much know how much it would be to fly one way to a place in Europe and fly back from Boom or Belgium.) If I should stay in hostels, or if I should stay somewhere else. How much hostels or whatever would be
