Help me get over my fear? (Traveling to London)
Hello ~
I am a 19 year old female from America. I have had a pen pal from London since I was 8 years old who has, over the years, become my best friend. Even though we've never met she's like a sister to me. I have been planning to see her in October / November for quite some time. I know this is probably super annoying to some people and I don't want to offend anybody... but I am terrified of a terrorist attack happening while I am there. We are going to be in London for a few days but then we are going to her college town which is an extremely safe small town. I am just scared of going on public transpo, visiting tourist spots, and the airport outside of security. Trust me I know anything can happen anywhere. I know I'm more likely to die on the way to the airport than in a terrorist attack. I just can't shake my fear and I need help doing so. x
