Hello, I will be living in the city of Venice (not far from Saint Mark's) for two months, starting at the end of October. I am unfamiliar with transportation options in Europe, and was wondering what cities or countries, (besides obvious places in Italy,) would be visit-able on weekends with a reasonable train ride or cheap flight from Venice? Thanks.
