Global Entry Question: Processing time after the interview?
My wife, daughter and I just had our Global Entry interviews yesterday. My daughter is 2 years old, so she and I did ours with the same agent and were approved almost immediately with an email and our Trusted Traveler numbers.
My wife interviewed right next to me with a different agent, who explained that she would get an email in less than a week with the results of her interview. It's been 24 hrs and her status hasn't changed on the website and ours shows that we have completed the process.
We found it strange, but we're hoping that maybe the two agents have two different styles of processing interviews, or that I got special treatment because I had a toddler on my lap.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with Global Entry? And is my wife's apparent delay in getting results something we should be worried about?
