Early March Beaches in Europe
Hello - I am planning a trip with my girlfriend for late February / early March to Europe.
Background: We are planning to explore a major city(ies) in Europe, possibly Paris or Rome, but we definitely want to work some beach time into the trip as well. Our last couple of vacations have been to the US Pacific Northwest and Peru (Lima / Cusco) so there has been a lot of hiking / exploring cities. On this trip to Europe, we would like to incorporate the city / hiking, but also have a few days of relaxing on a Euro beach. I am a bit worried that the February / March time frame is not ideal for this. I did some research and Greece / Spain look to be starting to warm up then, but not quite beach laying season.
Budget: We luckily have a lot of points from work travel so hotels and airfare to should be free or very little money. This leaves us with the opportunity to spend money while we're there so it should not hold us back from anything
Interests: Nightlife, outdoors / hiking, but particularly looking for beach recommendations as it will help plan out what cities we can go to
