I just got back from a trip to several countries in Europe. When talking to people back home, half seem genuinely interested and the other half always seem like they're trying to make me feel bad for going or something. I've noticed this after other trips as well. It's annoying, and in some cases insulting. People act like it's pure luck that I get to travel (not like I worked, saved money, and actually followed through with something I wanted to do), and that they're unlucky for not. Does anyone else experience this? How do you deal with these people ?
