My wife and I booked a bight in Cinque Terre for Monday --> Tuesday (booked months ago) but now notice that the forecast claims it'll rain pretty much just during the time we plan to be there.

We were really looking forward to hiking CT but it looks like that won't be possible now. Is CT still worth it in the rain? i.e. taking the train between towns and exploring them with proper umbrella and rain clothes?

Or do you think it would be worth it to cancel our AirBNB (would take a $70 hit due to the cancellation policy) and instead stay somewhere like Venice for a night?

Or maybe day trip to CT tomorrow (not ideal trying to go from Florence --> CT --> Florence in one day...) and perhaps spend a night in Siena or somewhere nearby instead of CT?

For the record we are currently in Florence.
