I'll be flying overseas in a few days and I'm usually a light traveller and just bring carryon luggage. For the final leg of my trip I'll have to check a bag since it will be deemed too large for carryon since I'm connecting with a different airline. I'm worried that once I get off the plane I might be delayed at customs while my checked bag will be spinning round and round on the carousel waiting to be swiped by someone. Should I be worried? I've never had to check a bag before, but I'm sure a lot of international travellers do it all the time. Any advice or input to put me at ease would be great. Thanks
