Can you do Global Blue tax refund by mail or email?
I didn't know if you could do it by mail or not. I recently bought items in Iceland and the cashier gave me the envelope with her signature. She did not tell me if I had to do it at the airport or by mail, or by some other manner. I still have the envelope and the receipt, so I just want to know if there is anything I need stamped from the airport if at all? Or do I even need to do any of this when I bought it in Iceland? Not sure how taxing works there. Thank you, kindly!
