20 days for Bali, Lombok and (part of) Flores. Help needed!

Hi all. Hoping that some experienced travellers in Indonesia can help with advice for getting around.

I'm planning on visiting Bali, Lombok and Flores, and have 20 days at my disposal. Getting from Bali to Lombok seems easy, but it looks like flying (or getting transport that doesn't take an age) from Lombok to Labuan Bajo is extremely difficult. From Flores I would also need to get back to Denpasar, but flying there doesn't seem too hard.

Has anyone done a similar route and found a good solution? Any other tips for highlights to visit/overrated stops to avoid would be much appreciated!
