11 Days in Chile: Cities to Visit?
I'll be traveling to Chile in late Nov/early Dec 2017, flying in and out of Santiago.
My overall goal is to see interesting cities that I might like to try living in at some point. Right now I'm considering visiting Santiago (obvious), Valparaiso, Pucon (to climb the volcano), and either Concepcion or Valdivia.
Have any of you been through these cities? Do you have any thoughts on other places to go that might be more interesting?
For reference, I enjoy walkable cities with a young/university vibe. Relaxed or high strung are both fine as long as there's solid food and a few decent bars. Being close to nature (mountains, ocean, whatever) is good too.
And for the mods, I've already read through the Chile weekly destination thread as well as all the other recent threads on the topic.
