Roadtrip US 8 states in 4 weeks doable?

Whatsup fellow redditors.

Were 3 guys who have planned an epic roadtrip in the US. We have a flight from Frankfurt Germany to Seattle(WA) in 2 weeks. in Seattle we have booked a truck with a drop off in Denver.
Well be travelling through Washington state, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. In Denver we have a flight to Miami Florida were we will spend our last days.

Ofcourse visiting all the big national parks (Rainier, Yosemite, Seqouia, Mojave, Zion, Grand canyon, etc) and cities as well (Seattle, Portland(worth it ?), San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Vegas, Denver, Miami) Our budget is somewere around 4000 to 5000 USD max per person. Tickets and car included.

Is this all doable in 4 weeks with our budget without having to rush through everything? Or do we have to cut down a state or 2? All advice are welcome ! Thanks
