Need some recommendations for travelling to Alberta (Lake Louise area)
Hey, me and my boyfriend will be travelling from Toronto to Calgary for two weeks at the end of August/beginning of September (Aug 24th- Sept. 8). We're meeting with a friend who has been working in Lake Louise for the summer so we're planning on being in that area for at least the beginning and end of the trip. Other than that we'd like to explore the surrounding area (Jasper, Canmore, Banff etc.). We will most likely be shuttling or renting a car if it's possible (we're 20 and 21). Some things we're interested in doing are hiking, camping, kayaking/canoeing, hot springs, and just seeing some cool sights. We're trying to make an itinerary and plan things out and would love some recommendations, especially on camping and places worth staying a night or two in. It's also our anniversary on Aug. 26th so we'd love to do something special that day.
