Month long loop Stockholm - Norway - Finland - Tallinn - Stockhom in February. Activities?

Hi all. Long time lurker here. :p

I'm planning a trip to the above mentioned countries / cities mid to late February 2018 until March. The rough itinerary is as follows:

  • Arrive into stockholm
  • Train from Stockholm to Oslo (or flight)
  • Few days in Oslo
  • Train to Flam & Burgen (with a day or two in each)
  • Transport to Tromso (several days in Tromso for the northern lights)
  • Overland into Finland
  • Couple of days in Helsinki
  • Ferry to Tallinn (couple of days in Tallinn)
  • Ferry to Stockholm (couple of days in Stockholm)
  • Depart Stockholm

Would a month be too long, or am I over ambitious in trying to cover as much as i have planned in a month? I'm not very familar with Finland; are there other cities in Finland I should visit? How about Norway?

I'm not big on winter sports, but I would be keen on trying either dog-sledding or reindeer-sledding, the latter I believe is possible in Tromso.

Any thoughts? I'm open to ideas / suggestions.
