Might have to cut my trip short and more gutted than I thought I'd be
This is more just to get this off my chest than anything else. I've been planning a trip to Europe for about four months with loads of thought about my itinerary and research into hostels. I'm due to leave on Monday (28th Aug)
The kicker is I've been offered an interview for a job that is an amazing opportunity - they've been kind enough to let me do a FaceTime interview so I can still begin my trip but if I'm successful they'll want me to start mid September when I wasn't planning to be back before October. I've been away solo before but mostly to work in the summers so this is my first big trip and I'm gutted I might have to cut it short.
Has anyone else been in a situation like this? I know it's all mights and ifs right now but most people I talk to weren't happy about me going solo in the first place and I just wanted to discuss it really.
